Accomplished Project Management Professional with over 9+ years of demonstrated experience within the strategic business development, managing transformation and, legal projects in achieving cost reductions and improving client satisfaction in customer-facing operations and, large diverse organizations. His latest project was to build the GDPR readiness for a multinational client holding the role as Data Protection Officer, focused on strategic data governance, data classification, and in the achievement towards GDPR compliance levels.

Inga is a member of the Estonian Bar Association since 2009 and she has specialized in business law and counselling of companies in their daily business operations. Inga has extensive experience in advising international business operations and transactions, planning of investments and managing shareholders relations, also business agreements with co-operations partners and regulatory aspects of applicable laws. Her focus is to help the business to succeed and accelerate the development of the company at its fullest.

Entrepreneur with 17 years' experience in property development, management and investment. Since 2009 he is the CEO and co-owner of industrial property project in Estonia. In 2011 Kristian established a construction chemicals production company Elasteq do Brasil Ltda with international partners in Brazil and since 2015 he is a partner in Elasteq’s sales company in Colombia. Kristian has studied Real Estate Valuation and Planning and is currently finalising PhD in Economics. Currently living in Germany.

Entrepreneur with over 15 years’ experience in programming, service management and administering infrastructure. Raul has been involved in many technology startups and is currently owner in two IT companies. Raul has a wide skillset from previous experiences as a programmer, sales manager and CEO. He has studied IT and Business Administration.

Dan has 20+ years experience in IT management. He is also a skilled systems administrator and software developer, who has helped several companies to achieve their goals by using modern IT solutions.
